Employees of Sawmill 25 are members of the “Soyuz-Titan” Regional Trade Union of the “Titan” Group of Companies.

The Union’s priority objective is to defend legal rights and interests of its members in front of the employer, local authorities and administration, utility organizations, business organizations, public societies, etc., using all relevant legal remedies.

The Union acts under the Charter.

Activity of the “Soyuz-Titan” Regional Trade Union is basically focused on:

• carrying on dialogue with the employer on matters of establishment and change of the remuneration of labour, settling labour conflicts, arranging activities aimed at protection of rights and interests of the Union members;
• controlling fulfillment of the employer’s obligations under collective agreements;
• arranging activities aimed at improving workers’ professional skills;
• organizing health-protection activities for members of the union and their families, retired workers and students, interacting with different organizations on matters of health protection, sanatorium treatment, recreational activities, tourism, physical training and sport;
• financing from the Union budget and special-purpose earnings from persons and organizations of various projects and programmes aimed at achieving the declared objectives.
