Creation of conditions in which employees could take up sports and healthy life-style is a strategic aim of the Company's personnel policy programme developed until 2010. Another step in its practical realization is organization and conducting of corporate Health Days. Such events are traditionally held at the Malye Karely tourist complex. Traditionally the sports events program includes team contests in football, volleyball and paintball, and individual competitions in table tennis, darts and billiards. Competitions attract more than 100 participants representing various enterprises of the “Titan” Group. Sports teams of Sawmill 25 always take most active part. Thus, in 2008 the mill’s team won the corporate “Titan” Group football cup. Workers’ families create support groups and this way also participate in such events.
