That is why matters of personnel organization and management are given so much attention to in the development strategy of Sawmill 25

Basic principle of the Company’s personnel policy is efficient use of each worker’s potential.

The main objectives of the Company’s personnel policy are as follows:

  • attraction of qualified and highly-skilled personnel to work on the production;
  • professional training of the personnel, raising skill level of employees;
  • attraction of personnel reserve to execution of new administrative decisions;
  • development of the corporate culture and maintenance of favorable psychological climate in the team.

The main principles of the Company’s personnel policy are:

  • Adequacy of costs and results of training, retraining and professional development of personnel;
