In June 2004 a new sawmill workshop was put in operation, marking the completion of the first stage of the sawmill production process modernization. The unique sawmill complex is now combining the most advanced technologies of the world’s leading timber industry equipment manufacturers.
The complex is based on a profiling line by the German company “Linck Holzverarbeitungstechnik” GmbH. Other equipment suppliers are: “AS Hekotek” (Estonia), “Valon Kone Oy” (Finland), “Vollmer” (Germany). The workshop building itself is constructed of materials by “Alajarven Steely Oy” (Finland) and wall panels by OAO “Petropanel” (Russia).
The sawmill shop is equipped with: a log sorting line with 42 boxes, a fire-extinguishing pump station with reservoirs, fire-extinguishing water supply, heat supply, storm sewage, 6KV high voltage line and transformer station utility networks.
The production plan for 2010 is set at 750.000 cu.m. of round logs. In 2009 the real
